ECE 학부생 경진대회 지원 안내(Notice of Financial Support for Competition)

학부생들에게 경진대회 참가 기회를 부여하기 위해 아래와 같이 참가 지원을 하고자 합니다.
적극적인 참여와 관심 바랍니다!
가. 목 적: 학부생들에게 대회 참가 기회를 부여하고,
참가를 통해 전공 분야의 역량을 강화하여 학교 명예를 고취코자 함.
나. 지원 계획
1) 대상: 전기전자컴퓨터공학부 소속 학부생(1트랙 소속)
2) 지원 원칙
– 학부 전공과 부합한 국/내외 대회에 한함 ( 리스트에 있는 대회 포함 및 그 외 대회 가능)
– 학부 학생위원회에서 대회 성격 및 구체적인 참가자 지원 목표 등을 고려하여,
9월 중 지원 여부 및 규모 결정
– 2017년 10월 이후(10월 포함) 개최되는 대회에 한해 지원 가능
– 단순 관람이 아닌 선수로 참석하는 것만 지원 가능
3) 지원 내용: 교통비, 식비, 숙박비, 참가비(선택 가능)
4) 신청 방법
– 대회 참여 지원 신청서, 대회 공고문 증빙자료를 8월 28 일까지 학부행정실 제출
– 접수된 신청에 한해 9월 중 학부 학생위원회 심사를 통해 지원 여부 결정 및 안내 예정
* 대회 리스트 및 신청서 양식은 개인 이메일로 송부
5) 지원 방식: 사후 지급
6) 참가 후 필수 제출 서류(경비 지원 확정 대상자) : 현장 사진 1매 (참가자 활동 모습)
7) 각 지원 항목 별 필수 제출 서류
● 교통비(실비): 교통비 영수증
-단. 일반석만 가능
● 숙박비(실비): 숙박비 영수증
-단, 1명 또는 1명 이상 그룹 참가 시 2인 1실로 1박에 7만원 이하
● 식비(정액 지급): 대회 프로그램 일정
-하루 1인 2만원 정액 지원
-단, 대회에서 식사 제공 시, 제공된 끼니 수만큼 차감 후 지원 예정
● 참가비(실비): 참가비 결제 상세 내역서(참가 등록증), 영수증, 참가 이름표 목걸이
Dear ECE students,
We announce the plan of contest financial support again because there have been some changes.
a. Purpose: To provide chances of joining diverse contests and enhance capacity for major field
b. Plan
1) For whom? ECE students (belong to ECE 1st track)
2) Rule of financial support
– Only for contests related to ECE field (including the contests in a attached list and any else)
– Student affair commitee will determine in the mid of September whether support or not based on your application. (your specific motive, goal etc.)
– Only for contests held from October
– Only participation as a contester not an audience
3) Support items: choosing out of transportation, food, accommodation, entry fee
4) How to apply for this support?
– Submit the attached application and a notice of contest(poster) you plan to join untill 8.28
– ECE admin. office will announce the support result after student affair commitee will evaluate your application in the mid of September.
5) Way of support: expense refund (deferred payment)
6) Required document to be submitted
: on-site picture (showing your activity)
7) Required documents to be submitted on each support item
● Transportation fee (offered at cost): payment receipt
– Only limited to economy class seats
● Accommodation fee (offered at cost): payment receipt
– Only limited to less than 70,000 won per night for a person or group
(If you are a group, double occupancy room is only acceptable.)
● Food expense(offered fixed cost): Program schedule of contest (stated about lunch or dinner meal)
– 20,000won is offered per person and day.
– If a contest provides any meal, the support fund is deducted based on the meal from a contest.
