[Welcome] New faculty member
2022.02.18It’s my honor and pleasure to be part of UNIST as a faculty member. I received the B.S. and combined M.S./Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST), Ulsan, South Korea, in Aug. 2014 and 2019, respectively. From May 2019 to Feb. 2022, I had been with Qualcomm Inc., San Diego, CA, USA, where I was involved in designing 5G cellular transceivers (TRXs), IoT, and automotive chips. My current research interests include RF, analog/mixed IC designs, transceiver system designs for emerging wireless standards (e.g., 6G), C-V2X transceiver development for connected/automotive cars, massive IoT, artificial intelligence (AI) SoC, and automation in analog circuit design. If there’s anyone who is interested in my research area, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
