NPDL’s paper accepted to Advanced Optical Materials

UNIST 전기 및 전자공학과 나노구조 광소자 연구실 (NPDL) 연구원 유재연, 박성진, 황인용, 김대익, 이종원 교수님의 연구논문 “Third-Harmonic Generation from Plasmonic Metasurfaces Coupled to Inter-Subband Transitions”이 Advanced Optical Materials 저널에 게재되었다. Advanced Optical Materials는 Optics 및 Photonics 분야에서 가장 권위있는 저널 중 하나이다.
본 연구에서는 플라즈모닉 메타표면에 다중 양자 우물의 부밴드전이를 접목시킴으로써 높은 효율의 제 3고조파 발생을 얻을 수 있는 비선형 메타표면을 제안 및 실험검증 하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 비선형 메타표면은 비선형 홀로그래피, 분광학, 새로운 비선형 광원에 적용될 수 있다.
