Semiconductor Design Automation (SeDA) Lab. researches CAD algorithms and EDA framework for PPAC optimization of large scaled semiconductor integrated circuits (ICs). Recently we are focusing on EDA of next-generation ICs (3D, chiplet-based 2.5D, advanced technology nodes, etc.), as well as AI for EDA (called AIEDA or MLCAD) and EDA for AI (i.e., AI chip design).
