Next generation semiconductor, selected as Samsung’s Future Tech Fostering Project

ECE Prof. Kyung Rok Kim and Prof. Seokhyeong Kang’s research project was selected for Samsung Research Funding Progam for Future Technologies (designated theme: next-generation semiconductor).
This newly selected project is about a new conceptual T-CMOS device technology for peta-class connection and an implementation technology of a power saving neural network cell. Prof. Kim’s project will be funded KRW 1.5 billion for 3 years.
