Workshop: 29th Image Processing and Image Understanding workshop
Presentation date: Feb. 16, 2017
In this paper, the authors propose a novel saliency detection algorithm for video sequences which extracts visually important objects or regions from videos automatically by exploiting spatial and temporal visual information together.
IPIU is the most prestigious domestic workshop on image processing and computer vision. One of the traditions of IPIU is that all the oral papers are presented by professors or directors in charge of research. This year, over 260 papers were presented and over 400 participants from academia, industry, and research institutes attended the event.
